USA (South Miami, Florida) – Affordable Housing Design, Financing, Development and Management Service

(1) Vendor needs to provide affordable housing design, financing, development and management service to the government authority located in South Miami, FL. - Design, finance, develop, and manage a mixed-income affordable housing development on agency-owned real property.  • Design and construct a mixed-income development, consisting of:- At least 50 affordable housing units allocated for households that earn between 40-50% of AMI.- Housing opportunities for households that earn more than 50% of AMI.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for year year. (4) Non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on July 16, 2026.
