Scope of Work

Vendor needs to provide tourism data services to the government authority located in Brooksville, FL. • Lodging metrics: provide comprehensive, timely lodging data to support strategic analysis and performance evaluation across agency’s adventure coast.  • Geolocation data:- Provide anonymized, high-resolution geolocation data to analyze visitor behavior, origin markets, and movement patterns within agency’s adventure coast.• Spend data: provide anonymized, aggregated spending data that reflects visitor economic activity across key sectors.• Events and points of interests data: provide insights into visitation, behavior, and economic impact related to events and festivals across agency’s adventure coast.• Website and social media attribution: provide integrated reporting that tracks and analyzes website and social media performance in relation to overall visitor engagement and tourism marketing effectiveness.  - Integrate website performance data (e.g., from Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) into the dashboard to track key metrics such as pageviews, sessions, unique users, bounce rates, average time on site, and conversion goals (e.g., clicks to partner businesses, brochure downloads, newsletter sign ups, etc.).- Report on social media reach and engagement, including impressions, clicks, shares, comments, video views, and follower growth across major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube). • Platform functionality: - All data must be timely, regularly updated, and delivered through an integrated data model accessible via a user-friendly dashboard.- The platform must support the custom entry of events and other significant factors that may influence visitation - such as festivals, special events, seasonal variations, and weather-related disruptions ensuring a comprehensive and context-aware view of destination performance.- Offer built-in templates to support strategic planning, tourism marketing strategies, performance reporting, and benchmarking.- The platform must also include predictive analytics capabilities to help identify emerging visitor markets, evolving customer profiles, and relevant industry trends.- The system should include visual benchmarking tools - such as line graphs, heat maps, and percentage change indicators to illustrate performance over time.
