USA (Illinois) – Traffic Incident Management System

(1) Vendor needs to provide traffic incident management system.- Traffic Incident Management System (TIMS) is a collection of computer hardware, software, policies, and procedures that integrates multiple subsystems and Intelligent Traffic Systems (ITS) elements (Cameras, electronic signs, computer aided dispatch, etc.) to facilitate incident management and traffic operations for the safety of our customers.- The TIMS application integrates devices, data, and operational strategies from internal and externalproviders to maintain, monitor and manage traffic operations throughout the Toll way system.- Traffic incident management system must have the ability to view and manage approximately 1,500 cameras, display them on a video wall and have the ability to push specific videos to the toll way dispatch centre.- Traffic Management application integrates devices, data, and operational strategies from internal and external providers to maintain, monitor and manage the traffic operations throughout the Toll way system.- To measure success of the solution, below are some features, but are not limited to the following:- Solution must be available 24 x 7.- Ability to exist on the current Toll way network and video wall.- Ability to share data with various media outlets.- Have a mobile application.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.(3) Non-mandatory pre-proposal Conference will be held on July 9, 2026.
