(1) Vendor needs to provide helicopter transport service to the government authority located in Eielson Air Force Base, AK. - Provide all personnel, management, supervision, and resources necessary to deliver a comprehensive helicopter logistics management service.- Helicopter support needs, relieving government personnel of the administrative burden of scheduling, vetting, and coordinating helicopter operations.- Perform helicopter logistics support duties.(2) This bid is Set-Aside for Total Small Business.
