Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide security system and access control system upgrade services to the government authority located in Des Moines, IA.- Card reader and access hardware deliverable.- Automatic door operator deliverable.- Motion detection deliverable.- Furnish and install all cabling, wiring, conduit, cable trays, and junction boxes required for new devices.- All system programming, device enrollment, commissioning, and full event alarm reporting.- Operator must be fully integrated and compatible with existing Hirsch relay output board and physical access security system.- Provide and install rated fire caulking and other approved firestopping material at any location where penetrations are made through a fire-rated barrier.(2) This bid is set-aside for total small business.
