(1) Vendor needs to provide wide-area two-way radio network services to the government authority located in Alameda, CA. • Wide-area two-way radio network services including the provision of equipment, parts, programming, repairs, and maintenance of portable handheld radios and other related equipment, for managerial staff and property management to use in times of emergencies and disaster response.• An emergency button for quickly calling for help;• Waterproof rating of at least IP68 or similar;• Battery life of at least 12 hours during minimal use and at least 8 hours during frequent use;• Audio clarity features, such as noise cancellation, feedback suppression, and distortion control;• Accessibility features, such as keypads for texting and text-to-speech audio; and• GPS integration(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2026.
