USA (Phoenix, Arizona) – Success Transition Program Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide success transition program services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.- Serve all referred clients regardless of custody level, risk level, or criminal history (including registerable/notifiable sex offenders). - Have an initial reach in meeting face to face or virtual with the clients prior to release. - The meeting shall not be shorter than twenty (20) minutes and no longer than an hour. - The meeting is to assess release needs and establish a rapport with the client. - The ninety (90) program starts on the day the client is released to the community. (2) Pre-bid meeting will be held on June 25, 2026.
