USA (Boise, Idaho) – Rural Health Facility Renovation Independent Verification Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide rural health facility renovation independent verification services to the government authority located in Boise, ID.- Independently verify completion and compliance with all federal funding requirements for renovation projects conducted by companies selected and hired.- Renovation project information will be provided by the Department, including but not limited to, subgrantee contact information and description of the renovation project, as identified in their subgrant application and award.- Provide a Renovation Project Verification Form to be used during site visits, to be approved by the Department.- Conduct an initial site visit with each subgrantee to verify the renovation project outlined in the subgrant and provide notice to proceed with the identified renovation project. - Conduct a final completion inspection and verification.- Collect receipts and photos of projects to substantiate work and provide them to the Department Contract Monitor.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years. (4) Pre-bid meeting will be held on June 30, 2026.
