USA (Austin, Texas) – Special and General Education Complaint Investigation Support Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide special and genera education complaint investigation support services to the government authority located in Austin, TX.- Assist in meeting federally mandated timelines under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act;- Operational assessment, design, and documentation support to strengthen, standardize, and institutionalize internal complaint-processing operations.- General education law complaint investigation and misconduct investigation support to assist with intake and investigation of local education agencies, educators, and other school employees- Allegation-by-allegation factual chronologies- Draft investigation reports and acknowledgment notifications- Revised and final investigation reports for TEA issuance- Monthly investigation tracking and performance data- Implementation-ready operating procedures- Internal templates, guidance documents, checklists, and job aids- Engaging in ongoing, responsive communication about the project- Working continuously on the project, including during summer months;- Coordinating support and resources for the project;- Providing necessary data and documentation;- Reviewing and approving the contractor’s evaluation and analysis plans, including all qualitative and quantitative methodologies and data analyses;(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 26, 2026. (3) A contract term will be for five years.
