(1) Vendor needs to provide executive recruitment services to assist in the search, screening, and selection of a highly experienced director of utilities to the government authority located in Lubbock, TX.- Provide comprehensive executive level recruitment services tailored to municipal utility operations, leadership competencies, and the city’s organizational needs.- Position profile development conduct meetings with city leadership to refine the job description, leadership competencies, and candidate profile- Recruitment strategy develop a national recruitment plan targeting candidates with strong municipal utility leadership experience.- Candidate outreach and marketing Prepare and distribute recruitment materials, advertise in industry specific channels, and conduct direct outreach.- Candidate screening and evaluation review résumés, conduct preliminary interviews, verify credentials, and present a recommended shortlist.- Assessment and selection support Facilitate structured interviews, assessment tools, reference checks, and background checks.(2) All question had been submitted on June 16, 2026.
