(1) Vendor needs to provide voluntary benefits and administrative services to the government authority located in Lafayette, LA.    - To provide integrated Third-Party Administrator consulting and brokerage services to manage its voluntary benefits and administrative services.- Must demonstrate a proven track record of managing and successfully supporting complex benefit portfolios for large-scale school districts, governmental agencies, or corporate enterprises of comparable or greater complexity.• Strategic Plan Design & Market Analysis• Vendor & Implementation Management• Specialized Administration & Compliance• Account Management & Support• Onboarding & New Hire Support• Annual Open Enrollment• Implementation & Transition Requirements(2) A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on July 6, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 9, 2026.(4) The contract period will be one year.
