USA (California) – Holiday Event Tree, Lighting and Decoration Service

(1) Vendor needs to provide holiday event tree, lighting and decoration service. 1. Holiday Tree:- One (1) artificial frame conifer-type tree, ranging from approximately twenty-four feet (24’) up to forty feet (40’) in height, suitable for outdoor use for the annual tree lighting event and seasonal display. The proposed tree shall include, at minimum:• Integrated lighting;• Pre-lit star topper or similar tree topper;• Ornaments, with final color/theme to be determined by the agency;• All necessary anchoring, securing, and support components required for safe outdoor installation; and• Any equipment, labor, materials, or accessories necessary for installation, maintenance, and removal.2. Lighted Displays:- Four (4) to eight (8) lighted display units, ranging from approximately six feet (6’) to twelve feet (12’) in height or width, suitable for outdoor seasonal display.- Each proposed display option shall include a picture or rendering, description, dimensions, power requirements, installation requirements, and itemized cost.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.(3) Non-mandatory pre-proposal Job Walk will be held on June 23, 2026.
