(1) Vendor needs to provide printing services to the government authority located in Kalamazoo, MI.A. Small-Format Print Items- Postcards- Business cards- Rack cards- Inserts and reply cards- Small flyers and handoutsB. Large & Custom Formats- Oversized formats- Large-format prints- Custom sizes upon requestC. Display Materials- Retractable or pull-up banners- Vinyl or fabric banners- Mounted posters or foam board signage- Tablecloths and table throws (standard and fitted)- Event signage and wayfinding materials- Display boards and easel-mounted materials(2) A Pre-proposal Meeting will be held on July 1, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 6, 2026.

Onshore (USA organization Only)

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
