USA (New Orleans, Louisiana) – Professional Lobbyist Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide professional lobbyist services to the government authority located in New Orleans, LA.    - Provide comprehensive, strategic, and results-driven legislative and intergovernmental affairs services.- This includes representing and advancing the interests of the district before governmental bodies, developing and executing advocacy strategies aligned with agency legislative priorities, and providing timely analysis, communication, and guidance on legislative, regulatory, and policy matters that may impact the district.• Provide representation for agency legislative and intergovernmental affairs before the State and the City, and conduct research and prepare reports on legislative, regulatory, and related issues as requested. • Develop and implement a comprehensive, proactive strategy to advance the agency legislative agenda and adopted legislative priorities. • Advocate on behalf of agency before elected and appointed officials of state and the Legislature regarding authorization, appropriations, and regulatory matters. • Provide proactive and responsive communication and engagement with state and city officials regarding programmatic issues.(2) A virtual pre-bid meeting will be held on July 2, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026.(4) The contract period will be one year.
