Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide infant and early childhood mental health service to the government authority located in Washington, DC. • Develop or enhance evidence-based programs that promote social-emotional development and address mental health needs among infants and young children.• Provide training to the infant and early childhood workforce, including mental health clinicians and other adults who care for infants and young children.• Provide age-appropriate screening, assessment, and diagnostic services for infants and young children.• Provide infant and early childhood mental health promotion and/or early intervention services, including interventions that target the caregiver-child relationship and other services that support the caregiver.• Provide Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation (IECMHC) to adults who care for young children.
