USA (Jefferson City, Missouri) – Janitorial Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Jefferson City, MO.        - Clean both sides of interior and exterior door glass, clean door glass frames and accompanying glass panels including transoms (inside and outside), removing all fingerprints and dirt.- Spot clean all glass surfaces within the interior of the occupied space.- Clean all restroom mirrors, bright work, chrome pipes, and fittings.- Clean and vacuum all vents and air diffusers and registers.- Clean all interior doors and doorframes.- Empty and clean mop buckets and mop sinks.- Clean, rinse and wring mop head(2) The contract period will be for one year.          (3) Pre-proposal conference will be held on June 16, 2026.
