Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide transcranial magnetic stimulation systems to the government authority located in Sam Houston, TX.• MagVenture TMS Therapy system does not require any monthly subscription payment or (per-1:1se) fee to operate• MagVenture System Footprint: 24"L x 28"W x 40"H; Chair weight: 187 Ibs/85 kg;Chair Capacity: Max Patient Weight: 330 Ibs/ 150 kg• MagVenture TMS /magnetic stimulator systems use liquid cooled transducer coils that enable un-interrupted patient treatment, with zero waiting time between TMS sessions, and delivery of greater than 5000 consecutive pulses at 75% system output power with average stimulation frequency of one pulse per second, when starting/ room temp equals 25C.• Operator Training requirements: New system purchases include one day of on-site in-service training by a representative and two remote virtual training sessions (one hour each) with an experienced MagVenture user, which are included with every MagVenture system. • MagVenture's local representatives and factory personnel are available for additional on-site clinical training, at a cost• Consumable/Spare/Repair parts inventory considerations: operational consumablesupplies included with the initial purchase. Additional caps and pillowcases availablefor purchase.• Quality history/Supportability considerations: MagVenture TMS Therapy systems can be configured with an optional electronic patient record management system that utilizes a HIPPA compliant, cloud-based patient database(2) The contract period will be for one year.
