Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide assessment management program services to the government authority located in Yolo, CA.• Provide federally subsidized housing and housing assistance to low-income families• Reasonable rent - Sound determination of reasonable rent for each unit leased.• Determination of adjusted income - Accurate verification of family income• Utility Allowance Schedule - Maintenance of a current schedule of allowances for tenant utility costs• HQS/NSPIRE enforcement - Ensure that landlords and tenants promptly correct housing quality deficiencies• Expanding housing opportunities - Expand housing choice outside areas of poverty and minority concentration• Deconcentrating bonus – Submission of deconcentrating data in the HUD-prescribed format• Payment standards - Establishment of payment standards within the required range of the HUD fair market rent.• Annual reexaminations - Timely annual reexaminations of family income.• Correct tenant rent calculations - Correct calculations of the tenant share of rent and the housing assistance payment(2) The contract period will be for one year.
