USA (Boise, Idaho) – Custodial Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Boise, ID. - Provide comprehensive custodial services for designated emergency medical services facilities located throughout the county.- Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.- Clean and empty all ashtrays, sand urns, and exterior trash receptacles at building entrances and around the facility perimeter; replace liners nightly.- Clean exterior entranceway landings nightly; remove gum, spills, and Litter.- Spot clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces, including light switches and door handles.- Clean microwaves inside and out.- Clean and sanitize all counter surfaces and edges.- Clean interior and exterior surfaces of entry glass doors (front and back), side glazing, entranceway glass, and frames; remove fingerprints, streaks, smudges, and visible soil.- Clean and sanitize all fixtures, including bowls, urinals, sinks, showers, and similar items; fixtures shall be free of dirt, grime, residue, foreign matter, and odors. Dispose of personal items left in showers, as appropriate.- Clean carpets using a County-approved dry chemical or extraction method.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026.
