USA (Boise, Idaho) – Custodial Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Boise, ID. - Provide comprehensive custodial services for designated county facilities located throughout county.- Clean all windows on both interior and exterior surfaces.- All glass shall be free of dirt, dust, water spots, streaks, smudges, and other foreign matter upon completion.- Provide at least forty-eight hours’ notice prior to the start of scheduled window cleaning.- Provide all required safety equipment and ensure that only properly trained personnel perform window-cleaning services.- Strip and seal all hard surface floors.- High windows in the main lobby shall be cleaned on the exterior only during quarterly window cleaning; interior cleaning is excluded.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 29, 2026.
