Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide document destruction and data protection services to the government authority located in Hilo, HI.• Provide document destruction and data protection services- The number of consoles shall be based on the estimated pick-up schedule of once every three (3) weeks- Documents shall be shredded until rendered illegible- On-site personnel may witness the on-site destruction of documents, as applicable, and receive the Certificate of Destruction- The Contractor shall be responsible for its employees, agents, and/or subcontractorsinvolved in the destruction of documents at all times and ensure each member is bondedand insured- The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining liability coverage for document shreddingand the handling of confidential documents, particularly with errors and omissions(2) The contract period will be for one year.
