USA (Long Branch, New Jersey) – General Contractor Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide general contractor services to the government authority located in Long Branch, NJ.- General Contractor services may include maintenance or rehab services.- Carpentry – framing, doors, windows, cabinetry, trim.- Masonry –concrete, block, brick, walkways, curbs, and retaining walls.- Plumbing – repairs and installations, fixtures, piping, water heaters, and boilers.- HVAC – inspection, repair, replacement, and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.- Electrical – lighting, outlets, wiring repairs, panels, and related improvements.- Drywall & Finishes – installation, repair, taping, spackling, and sanding.- Plaster Repair – repair and restoration of plaster walls and ceilings, patching, resurfacing, and finish work.- Site Work – grading, paving, drainage, fencing, and landscaping-related repairs.- Emergency Repairs – urgent response work required to address health and safety issues.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 25,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
