USA (Rockville, Maryland) – Architectural Design Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural design services to the government authority located in Rockville, MD. - Provide professional design and construction administration services. - Provide a design concept and documentation consistent with good architectural and engineering practices and in compliance with all applicable codes and standards.- The A/E is fully responsible for the design, selection, and application of all materials, systems, components, processes, and methods documented in the final contract documents. • Essential services:- Pre-design: Review the approved educational specifications and implement them into the design.- Planning and engineering: The Project will require the services of licensed professionals knowledgeable of agency regulations and requirements concerning environmental remediation, development review, permitting, public improvements and infrastructure, fees, etc.- Preliminary plan presentation: Prepare a preliminary plan brochure that summarizes the results of the schematic design phase, energy analysis, site analysis, cost summary, schedule, etc.- Design phases: Provide Schematic Design (SD), Design Development (DD), and ConstructionDocuments (CD).- Construction administration.- Community engagement meetings.(2) Not mandatory pre-bid site walk will be held on June 18, 2026.
