Scope of Work
- Vendor needs to provide general legal counsel services to the government authority located in Pablo, MT. - The selected legal counsel will be expected to perform standard, routine general counsel duties, as well as distinct non-routine legal services as required.- Attorney will serve as the primary legal advisor, ensuring compliance, managing risk, and advising on operational matters.- Routine general counsel services.- Non-routine legal services.- Providing day-to-day legal advice to the college leadership.- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts, leases, and employment.
