(1) Vendor needs to provide special inspections and testing services to the government authority located in Vancouver, WA. • Provide special inspections and testing services for the construction of the new public works operations campus for city.• Continuous inspection of fill placement verifying densities and lift thicknesses.• Continuous inspection of aggregate pier ground improvement installation.• Verify bearing capacity below shallow foundations.• Inspect formwork for shape, location, and dimensions of the concrete member being formed.• Verification of use of required design mix.• Concrete placement, including conveying and depositing.• Curing procedures.• Steel reinforcement placement.• Steel reinforcement welding.• Headed bolts and studs.• Verification of use of required design mixture.• Concrete placement, conveying and depositing.• Verify weld materials and inspect welds.• Verify connection materials and inspect high strength bolted connections.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026.
