USA (Baltimore, Maryland) – Perinatal Care Coordination Organizational Assessment Service

(1) Vendor needs to provide perinatal care coordination organizational assessment service to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD. - Provide a comprehensive organizational assessment and strategic roadmap to modernize and align the agency’s perinatal health initiatives. • Programmatic discovery:- Conduct a comprehensive audit to identify all internal and external initiatives currently categorized under perinatal care coordination or perinatal health- Define the specific objectives, funding and legislative requirements, target populations, and service areas for each program to identify integration points and areas of potential redundancy• Workforce optimization:- Conduct a technical review of relevant staff job descriptions and roles currently supporting the perinatal portfolio.• Operational infrastructure and digital assets:- Conduct a full mapping and audit of existing digital assets, including Google Drive structures, SharePoint sites, and shared repositories to establish a standardized naming convention and permission hierarchy- Develop a protocol for migrating fragmented project files into a unified MCHB perinatal repository• Administrative and communication streamlining:- Develop a strategy to consolidate disparate meeting cadences and reporting requirements into a single framework to reduce administrative burden. • Integration roadmap:- Provide a phased roadmap for transitioning the Bureau to a centralized, results-based infrastructure by June 2028, including a transition plan for the proposed HR structure.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 2, 2026. (3) Pre-bid meeting will be held on June 24, 2026.
