USA (Winthrop, Massachusetts) – Cleaning Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide cleaning services to the government authority located in Winthrop, MA. - Empty all wastebaskets and change liners as needed.- Empty and damp wipe exterior smoking receptacles.- Dust and clean all furniture, fixtures, ledges, and windowsills.- Spot vacuum all carpeting as needed.- Spot clean all carpeting as needed.- Dust mop floors and thresholds, use chemically treated mop where needed.- Dust mop all epoxy painted floors - Sweep front exterior entranceway (weather permitting).- Spot clean all glass doors in all entranceways and lobby areas.- Spot clean interior glass doors when needed.- Clean and sanitize drinking fountain.- Empty all recycling materials into central recycling containers.- Dust bottoms of all chairs, typewriter tables, file cabinets, etc.- Sweep and wash elevator floor.- Remove all fingerprints and smudges from all elevator doors and frames.- Clean and sanitize all sinks, faucets, toilets, toilet seats (both sides) and urinals throughout all bathrooms.- Clean all partitions and tile walls as needed (remove all graffiti).- Wash and polish all wall tiles and stall areas as needed.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) Pre-bid site visit will be held on June 24, 2026.
