(1) Vendor needs to provide executive photography and related services. • Professional photography services to capture executive-level headshots and environmental and lifestyle imagery for internal and external communications purposes.• Provide a photographer specializing in corporate and executive portraiture, along with any necessary supporting services, including light hair and makeup support, wardrobe guidance, and post-production editing.• First Session - Chief Executive Officer:- Provide one half-day photoshoot.- Chief Executive Officer (CEO) shall be the primary subject for this session.- Session shall include multiple wardrobe changes to support a variety of professional imagery styles.- Photography session shall include the capture of professional executive headshots, half and full body portraits, and environmental and lifestyle imagery suitable for internal and external communications purposes.• Second Session - Executive Leadership Team:- Photograph approximately six Executive Leadership Team (ELT) members.- Provide one photography session utilizing up to two locations within airport board facilities or grounds, including one indoor location and one outdoor.- Photography session shall include the capture of both professional headshot portraits and half andfull-body portraits of each participant.• Professional photographer with on-site and posing guidance.• High-resolution, professionally edited digital images.• Web- and print-ready image formats.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.
