(1) Vendor needs to provide furnish and manage stadium events services.a. Provide a detailed summary that outlines the general event plan that will be utilized to perform requested services. Include site layout, equipment list, staffing assignments, event attractions, proposed ticket prices, event promotion, revenue generating opportunities, and any other details ensuring a successful event.b. Provide available marketing and sponsorship options to be utilized for this event.c. Provide details on how your firm will ensure all safety and compliance standards are met.d. Describe how your company will address any noted deficiencies in the service performance and your problem escalation policy.(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 29, 2026.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
