(1) Vendor needs to provide Pompeys pillar security system to the government authority located in Billings, MT. - The contractor shall provide and install a complete NDAA-compliant video surveillance system- Camera Hardware and Placement.- Contractor shall supply and install the following components or approved equals at the locations of existing equipment.• 13× Speco 5MP Outdoor Turret Cameras (V5T3M) for fixed coverage.• 1× Speco 20× Optical Zoom PTZ (HTPTZ20T) for main pole monitoring.• 1× Speco 4MP PTZ (O4P4X2) for signature-viewing area.- Recoding and Monitoring Infrastructure• Replace the legacy recorder with a Speco 40-channel hybrid NDAA-compliant recorder (H40HR) or approved equal.• Install a dedicated Speco N4NRM2TB or approved equal recorder for the signature viewing station.• Integrate systems to allow secure off-site access via browser or mobile app.• Reuse existing wireless antenna links where applicable.- Virtual Perimeter System• Replace the legacy underground-wired physical security beams.• Install and configure Speco Technologies AI-enabled cameras to detect human movement while filtering wildlife and environmental noise.• Configure camera-based alarm triggers wired into designated zones on the new DMP security panel.• Verify the system eliminates false alarms and reliably identifies after-hours human intrusion events(2) This bid is set-aside for total small business.
