USA (Martinez, California) – Independent Evaluation Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide independent evaluation services to serve as an independent evaluator for a community violence prevention project. to the government authority located in Martinez, CA.- A logic model mapping program inputs, activities, outputs, and outcomes across all five pillars.- Process evaluation methodology to assess implementation fidelity, service delivery quality, and coordination across pillars.- Outcome evaluation methodology to measure short-term, intermediate, and long-term impacts across individual, community, and system levels — including re-injury, re-arrest proxy, school engagement, employment engagement, social cohesion, and sense of safety.- Identification of appropriate comparison groups or baseline measures given the placebased, multi-component nature of the intervention.- Integration of both quantitative and qualitative methods.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.
