USA (Long Branch, New Jersey) – Legal Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide legal services to the government authority located in Long Branch, NJ.- Advise on regulations pertaining to federal, state, and local government, including housing, real estate, procurement, and contractual issues.- Advise on employment issues, personnel rules, discrimination and wrongful termination claims, workers’ compensation, and compliance, when so directed- Draft and/or review legal documents, papers, contracts, agreements, certifications, resolutions, specifications, bonds, waivers, and such other legal drafting as may be required.- Appear for and represent the Agency in court in all litigated matters, except as otherwise provided.- Provide guidance and representation regarding personnel actions, including employment compensation hearings, workers’ compensation claims, employment discrimination claims, and equal employment hearings.(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026.
