Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide public outreach services for measure m environmental mitigation program.- Communicating the Program’s purpose, benefits, and activities.- Supporting meaningful public participation and education.- Promoting and supporting Program activities, events, and initiatives.- Producing high-quality outreach materials and digital communications.- Providing reporting, documentation, and performance evaluation.- Outreach planning and strategy:- Plans shall include:- Target audiences and stakeholder strategies.- Outreach objectives and measurable outcomes.- Communications approaches and schedules.- Assessment of translation needs.- Budget and schedule for outreach activities.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 24, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre-bid meeting will be held on June 23, 2026.
