USA (Long Branch, New Jersey) – Financial Advisory Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide financial advisory services to the government authority located in Long Branch, NJ.- Provide consultation and advice on all matters pertaining to the planning, financing, and development of affordable housing.- Serve in an overall development and financial advisory capacity to Maestro CDC andprovide consultation and advice on all matters pertaining to the planning, financing, anddevelopment of affordable housing- Reviewing and analyzing site feasibility, Capital Needs Assessments, Physical Needs Assessments, and development plans,- Assist in the development of an action plan providing administration guidance in planning anddeveloping new affordable housing sites.(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026.
