(1) Vendor needs to provide hotel lodging, meals and conference space services to the government authority located in Williamsburg, VA.- Provide conference facilities, including lodging, direct meal services, and conference rooms for a 6-day training program for approximately 55 people.- Hotel accommodation.- Designated conference registration area.- Conference room.- Meeting rooms.- Hospitality suite for networking.- Beverages for breaks.- Refreshments for afternoon breaks.- Breakfast buffet.- Dining area for catered dinner.- Audio visual.- Wi-Fi.- Parking.- Receive and store materials before the event.
