Scope of Work
Vendor needs to provide stormwater TV, cleaning and lining services to the government authority located in Florida.• Work includes traffic control, bypass pumping, flow diversion, cleaning, CCTV inspection, lateral reinstatement, testing, and final restoration.• The contractor must clear all internal debris, roots, and scale using high-speed rotary chain cleaners and hydro jetting.• A pre-installation CCTV inspection is required to verify pipe conditions and document any active leaks.• Contractor must provide cubic yards and weight of debris removed from baffle boxes after each cleaning period in a final report• A detailed report including video, drawing of actual site conditions, size of pipes, linear footage, manholes found, pictures, and recommendation (with proposed repair points) must be submitted as a complete package to the city for review after completion of the video inspection.• All videotapes, DVDs, computer files, and reports under this contract will become the property of the city and shall be surrendered to the city project manager or designee upon completion of the requested work before invoice payment.
