Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide psychiatry access program service to the government authority located in Albany, NY. - Untreated mental health conditions among children, youth, and birthing people are associated with significant morbidity, mortality, and long-term system costs. - Project agency has strengthened the capacity of clinicians serving children, adolescents, and birthing people to identify, assess, and treat mental health concerns. - Project agency provides real-time psychiatric consultation, evidence-based training, and referral support across primary care, specialty, and community settings statewide.- By expanding psychiatric expertise to additional provider types, the program will continue to promote early identification, appropriate treatment, and informed referral, strengthening care delivery and improving outcomes in high-risk and underserved populations.• Increase the number and type of providers utilizing consultation services. • Continue to lead statewide consultations and training in perinatal mental health • Add access to additional areas of specialty consultation (2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 2, 2026.(3) The contract period will be five years.
