USA (Montgomery, Alabama) – Research and Consulting Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide research and consulting services to the government authority located in Montgomery, AL. - Act as independent researchers for successful support and evaluations.1. Support agency’s participation in Alabama Statewide Reentry Task Force and Reentry 2030 initiative, this will include providing guidance on implementing the Task Force’s plans and recommendations.2. Provide recommendations and implementation guidance for strategies to improve re-entry outcomes.3. Provide recommendations and implementation guidance concerning sharing information relevant to re-entry.4. Provide recommendations and implementation guidance for strategies to improve continuity of care for individuals re-entering the community.5. Provide recommendations and implementation guidance for uniform standards of care for incarcerated, supervised, and released individuals with substance abuse disorder and co-occurring disorders.6. Establish a process for data collection and collaboration of agency’s efforts in workforce development. This may include coordinating with partner agencies for data collection, collaboration and reporting.7. Research and evaluate special projects and programs for grant reporting projects implemented by agency.8. Collect pre- and post-release data on initiation, engagement, retention, continuity of care.9. Provide feedback on processes and outcome measures. This should be in the form of practitioner-friendly interim reports highlighting agency programming progress and interim findings.10. Research, provide recommendations, and provide implementation guidance on best practices for the expansion of Medication Assisted Treatment, Medications for Opioid Abuse Disorders, and/or Naloxone access to individuals with substance abuse disorder and co-occurring disorders.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 22, 2026.
