Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide statewide high impact tutoring services for reading and math to the government authority located in New Mexico.- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based tutoring services that result in measurable improvements in student academic outcomes and equitable access for at-risk student populations- Deliver a high-impact tutoring model that includes a minimum of two (2) tutoring sessions per week for a minimum of eighteen (18) weeks and up to twenty-seven (27) weeks during school year 2026-2027.- Provide in-person tutoring as the primary delivery method.- Assign each student a consistent tutor for the duration of the program, except in cases of unavoidable staffing changes- Use initial and ongoing diagnostic data to inform lesson planning, skill focus, and student grouping(2) A pre-application conference will be held on June 25, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
