USA (Murfreesboro, Tennessee) – City Collections Service

(1) Vendor needs to provide city collections service to the government authority located in Murfreesboro, TN. • Provide collection services for the finance director, city court clerk, water resources director, and other city departments that are charged with collecting accounts in the 45 + day delinquent range as well as on other time frames as may be required.• Provide Contractor with updated accounts receivable information as many times as necessary be it daily, weekly, bi-monthly or monthly.• Contractor shall receive delinquent accounts for collection from the city and provide an immediate electronic or written acknowledgment of the receipt of those accounts to the city department sending notifications.• Monthly accounting, remit all sums collected with an invoice stating the fee owed to the Contractor• Provide accurate, current, and complete disclosure of all financial transactions relating to the contract.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.
