USA (Sierra Vista, Arizona) – Pre-Employment Physicals and Commercial Drivers License Physical Examinations Service

(1) Vendor needs to provide pre-employment physicals and commercial drivers license physical examinations service to the government authority located in Sierra Vista, AZ.                                                  - The services to be provided shall include, but not be limited to: post job offer/pre-employment physical examinations, occupational health medical services, and Department of Transportation Commercial Drivers’ license examinations.- To perform screenings, immunizations and vaccinations.• Pre-employment general physical examinations • Commercial drivers license physical examinations• Vaccinations needed on an as-needed basis(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 24, 2026.(3) The contract period will be two years.
